A diploma in a technical field Strong electrical skills Basic knowledge of electrical measuring instruments such as a multimeter Several years of experience in a maintenance or technical support role, ideally within a production or industrial environment Strong electrical and/or electronic knowledge, with expertise in diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing industrial machines Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with team members, department managers, and external suppliers The ability to work both independently and collaboratively with other departments and teams
