FUNCTIE OMSCHRIJVING For a growing food production company in Oudenaarde, we are looking for a Line Leader Slicing. The company specializes in slicing and packaging ham products for various supermarket chains.

As a Line Leader, you will be responsible for the smooth operation of the slicing line. You will coordinate the production process, support and supervise operators, ensure product quality, and make sure all hygiene and safety standards are respected.

Your Responsibilities

• Leading and supporting employees on the slicing line.
• Setting up, monitoring, and adjusting production machines.
• Ensuring product quality and correct packaging.
• Solving minor machine issues and reporting technical problems.
• Monitoring compliance with hygiene, quality, and safety regulations.
• Following up on production targets and reporting results.
• The job is not physically demanding!

Early shift: 5:00 a.m.–1:30 p.m.
