HR Generalist Intern

Context & Impact We’re hiring an HR Generalist Intern to support the HR team at Lansweeper. We’re building the foundation that IT and Security teams worldwide depend on. As an HR intern you’ll work across the full employee lifecycle: recruitment, onboarding, HR administration, employer branding, and learning & development. You’ll own real projects and learn from experienced HR colleagues. We also encourage you to explore AI tools that improve our HR workflows, and we’ll give you room to test them.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruitment & onboarding: Support the full hiring process, from drafting job postings and screening CVs to scheduling interviews and keeping candidates informed. Help new hires settle in smoothly by preparing their first-day experience and onboarding materials.
