Freelance Non-financial Risk Officer

Our client is an international financial services company.

As a Non-Financial Risk Officer, you will support the team in the management and monitoring of operational and non-financial risks across the organization.

Your responsibilities will include:

Performing risk assessments across operational and non-financial risk domains. Supporting the implementation and operationalization of DORA (Digital Operational Resilience Act) requirements. Executing controls, testing activities and documenting results. Monitoring risk appetite metrics and reporting risk movements to management. Minimum 5 years of experience in Operational Risk, Non-Financial Risk, Enterprise Risk Management or a similar function within Insurance, Banking or Financial Services. Proven hands-on experience conducting risk assessments and control testing. Practical exposure to DORA implementation, operational resilience or ICT risk management. Good understanding of operational risk frameworks, risk appetite monitoring and governance processes. Experience dealing with senior stakeholders and presenting risk-related information.
