About the role

• At Bluecrux, we turn AI ideas into solutions people can actually use. As an AI Engineer, you will build AI applications, agents and integrations for our internal teams and clients.

• You will:
• • Build and deploy LLM applications, AI agents and automations.
• • Develop reliable Python services, APIs, connectors and tool-calling integrations.
• • Translate business needs into practical technical solutions.
• • Build reusable AI components and delivery accelerators.
• • Design prompts, tests and evaluations to improve quality, security and reliability.
• • Work with consultants, architects, product and delivery teams, and clients.
